Bang Bang Chicken Meatballs
Enjoy crispy, flavorful Keto Bang Bang Chicken Meatballs served over zucchini noodles and shredded cabbage, all topped with a creamy, sugar-free Bang Bang sauce. A delicious low-carb, sugar-free meal that’s perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner! For those that are following a high protein diet, you can easily adjust the meatball size to get larger meatballs and halve the sauce portion to lower the calories. While I follow a ketogenic diet, my recipes can easily be adjusted to focus on low-carb high protein if that is what your goal is.

- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 Cup grated parmesan (30g)
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1⁄4 Cup FRESH parsley
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Cup mayo
- 6 Tbsp chili paste (Sambal Oblek) But reduce to 3 for mild or omit if you don’t like spicey
- ¼ Cup Brown Swerve/Golden Lakanto or plain
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 28oz zucchini noodles
- 16oz shredded cabbage
- ½ Cup green onion, diced
- ¼ Cup + 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
- 2 tsp erythritol
- 1 ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Start by making the meatballs. In a large bowl combine the meatball ingredients and use your hands to mix it together. Form 32 equal sized meatballs and place on a baking sheet (use damp hands to make working with the mixture easier). Bake the meatballs for 10 mins. Then broil on high for 2-3 mins. These can be made in the airfryer as well! Cook at 375F for 6 mins then flip and cook for 5 more mins.
- While the meatballs are cooking begin the noodles. In a large skillet heat the soy sauce and sesame oil over medium heat. Add in the noodle ingredients EXCEPT the zoodles and cabbage and whisk until it starts to boil.
- Add in the veggies now and toss in the sauce. Sauté́ for 2-5 mins until the veggies are tender.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and toss. Simmer for 5 mins covered.
- While the meatballs are heating, combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk.
- Divide the noodle mixture equally among the bowls, top with 4 meat balls per bowl, and drizzle with the sauce equally!
