  • Ongoing 1:1 Support – Direct access to me for guidance, motivation, and adjustments. No guesswork—just real results.

  • Weekly Check-Ins & Adjustments – Stay accountable with regular progress tracking (via email) and individualized plan adjustments along the way . You will also have a 30 min video call at the start of the month (30 days) to discuss the program and answer any additional questions you have. When continuing the monthly 1:1 coaching, you can utilize that 30 min call to discuss challenges, changes, or address additional questions as you will not need an introductory session again.

My goal is to work with you over the course of 30 days to implement a ketogenic diet to help you make progress towards your goals. Because this is 1:1 coaching, it will look different for each individual. Not everyone will have the same goals. In addition, each individual may prefer to be supported/motivated/educated in a different style. Maybe you want to check in with me each day via email or maybe you want to only reach out once a week to go over next week’s game plan.I am able to adjust, to support you how you need it within the parameters of the 1:1 coaching. The 30 days will begin the day after your video call.It is a continuous 30 days and can not be paused or transferred.

Communication

You have a 30 minute video call to start off your 30 day coaching session. This is where I go over your individual plan, explain the program, and answer your questions. You can utilize that 30 mins however you want. Use this time to get your questions answered and make sure you are comfortable heading into the 30 days.

  • You have the ability to email me during the 30 days with any questions you have about the plan as well as for support. I aim to get back to you same day as long as the email has been received by 8PM EST.

  • At the end of each week I will reach out once I have received your weekly recap. You can use the forms I provide (Weekly Recap and Tracker) or type it out making sure to touch on that information as well. This information will allow me to provide feedback as well as make adjustments to your plan so that you can make the progress you desire.

  • If you would like to reach out daily to go over what went well and what you struggled with you are more than welcome to. This is not meant to cause you more work/stress. So if you prefer to reach out daily in addition to your recap I am happy to support you in this way.

Accountability

For you to see the most progress, I ask that you track and communicate your progress weekly. The more information I have, the better I am able to help you. For you to get the most out of this program, you need to be committed for the 30 days to doing your best to stick with your tracking and meal planning. While I do not expect you to be perfect, you do need to be consistent. If you are struggling, reach out. This is what I am here for. I can help you to come up with a way to overcome cravings, make choices for snacks that will keep you satiated, and help you find motivation when you are feeling down. But I can only do this if you work with me. You need to be willing to reach out and utilize the tools I give you. You can do this. It is only 30 days, you can do anything for just 30 days!

Due to the custom meal plan and time commitment of this program on my part, there are no refunds/start date changes/pauses. Your 30 days of coaching will begin the day after your video call. You choose the date for the video call. Once I receive your intake form I will reach out to schedule your call via email. I do my best to offer a range of dates and times to find something that will work with your schedule. While I am on Eastern Standard Time, I do work with clients worldwide and make sure my schedule accommodates those in time zones different than my own. My goal is for this to be an enjoyable, motivating, and productive experience that will help you on your journey.
