Makes 20 Fat-bombs

1 Fatbomb: 203 Calories,17.2g Fat, 1.5g Carbs,4.1g Protein 

1 package full fat cream cheese (softened)
1 stick of salted butter (softened)
1/2 cup sweetener (I used half Sukrin Gold and half Swerve)
1/2 cup Hershey's sugar free chocolate chips
2 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

1 Tbsp of Choczero  Carmel Syrup(optional) 

1/2 cup of peanut butter (I used Fresh presses peanuttbutter that I pressed at Whole Foods but you can use any nut butter that is low in carbs)

1 Choczero Milk Chocolate Dipping Cup(optional for drizzle) 

1 tsp Salt( sprinkled on top optional) 

Blend all ingredients(except the salt and dipping cup)in a mixer or with a hand held mixture until creamy. Then cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Then scoop out mixture into little balls using a spoon or cookie scoop. Then place on a cookie sheet in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove and drizzle with melted chocolate/dipping cup and sprinkle the salt over the top. Place in a ziplock bag. Store them in the freezer.
