Keto Lemon Cake with White Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting

Makes 2 Mini Cakes(macros per cake): 270 Calories, 2g Carbs, 26g Fat, 7g Protein

4 Tbsp Almond Flour

2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

2 Tbsp Swerve(http://amzn.to/2D6ANfw)

 1 Egg

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp of Lemon Zest

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Frosting

1/2 Tbsp Butter

1/2 oz Cream Cheese

2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

2 tbsp Powdered Swerve (http://amzn.to/2D6rDjf)

1/2 tsp Choczero White Hot Cocoa(optional)

Mix the wet cake ingredient in a small bowl. Then add the wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into two greased ramekins(or one big one if your macros allow). Microwave on high for 2 Full minutes. Allow the cake to sit while you blend all the frosting ingredients in a mini blender or nutribullet. Spread the frosting in the warm cake. Enjoy!!!
