Keto4Karboholics Crispy Sweet Asian Chili Wings

Who doesn't love chicken wings?! I feel like its a Keto comfort food and one of my favorite appetizers made dinner.

Crispy Oven Wings
2lbs Chicken wings
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

First start by using a paper towel to pat the chicken wings dry. Then place in a large bowl into the fridge for at least 1 hour( 2 if you have time). This will help to dry them out so they crisp up. Heat the oven to 425F degrees. Then sprinkle the baking powder and garlic powder over the wings and toss(covering the wings). Next place wings on a oven safe rack(http://amzn.to/2zmK1Gr) over a baking pan( cover the pan in aluminum foil to make clean up easier on you). Place wings in the oven on the top rack and cook for 45 mins. Remove from the oven and toss in the sweet asian chili sauce. 

Keto4Karboholics Sweet Asian Chili Sauce
Makes 1.5 Cups
1 Tbs:1 calorie, 0g carbs, 0 fat,0 protien
½ cup rice vinegar
1 cup water
½ Cup Swerve
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp chili paste
½ tsp Xanthan Gum

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a nonstick pan. Heat over medium-heat while stirring, to dissolve the sugar. Increase the heat to medium-high and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Add the xanthan gum and mix it through. Let it cook for a couple of minutes to thicken.
