Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever (Plus they are low carb and keto)*updated

These are LITERALLY the BEST keto snack I have ever made(and my own recipe)!!! Chocolate chip cookies with great texture, no sweetener after taste, and don't crumble!! Best part is that when you make 24 cookies from this recipe they come out to under 1 net Carb a piece!!!!! And 7g of fats!

Kassey's Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies

1 ¼ cup almond flour
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 ½ tsp baking powder
4 Tbps of shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup of Sukrin Brown Sugar Alternative

1/3 cup of Swerve

5 ½ tbsp butter, cold or room temp
½ tbsp Choc Zero Maple Pecan Syrup (or sugar free pancake syrup)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 lg egg
½ cup sugar free Hershey's chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 325 F, and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicon baking mats, or can grease them.
In a large mixing bowl with electric hand beater or a stand mixer, cream butter and granulated sweeteners until well combined.  
Add egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to mixing bowl and mix in until combined.
In a separate large mixing bowl combine: almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, unsweetened shaved coconut and salt. Stir until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix in until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Place tbsp size spoonfuls across cookie sheet 1 ½ inches apart.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until cookies are browned on the bottoms.
Let cool for at least 5 mins.
