Makes 7 3/4 Cup Servings

3 Cups Shredded Cooked Chicken Thighs
5 Cups Chopped Fresh Broccoli
8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Thyme
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Season Chicken with salt and pepper to taste and grill until cooked through. Chop into small pieces.
Preheat oven to 350.
Bring a large pot of water to boil and add the chopped broccoli in to blanch. Remove after 4 minutes and drain.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the shredded cheese.
Pour mixture into a casserole dish and top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until cheese just starts to brown.
