Keto4Karboholics Worlds Best Kept Chili

Chilli for dinner tonight was very easy and sooo good. This yields 12 1 cup servings so you will have leftovers for lunch or dinner. This also freezes well!

Keto4Karboholics Chili Recipe

1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 28 oz can of puréed tomatoes
2 large green bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
3 habanero peppers( to make it medium add more or less to your taste(only 1 for mild.. I used 6 and it was mild-hot) chop fine
1/2 lb. of thin boneless pork chops
2 1/2 lbs. 80/20 ground beef
4 tsp ground cumin

1/2 Cup Chicken broth
4-6 Tbs garlic powder( I used 6 because I love garlic!!)
3 Tbs dried Oregano

3 Tbsp Paprika 

4tsp Chili Powder 

3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper to your taste

Start by browning you ground beef. While the beef is cooking turn your crockpot on low and add the two cans of tomatoes( diced and puréed). Then start chopping the green bell peppers and onion. Once the beef is cooked add it to the crockpot with all the fat. When the peppers and onions are chopped throw them in the pan you used to cook the beef and cook on medium for 2 mins then add to the crock pot as well. Next chop the pork chops up into small pieces( the size of large kidney beans). Those will be used to replace the texture of beans in the chili. Once chopped, place in the pan and fry until cooked, then transfer to the crockpot. Next add all your spices into the crockpot and mix well. Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours.
