Today my baby is 1!!! So I decided to make one of our favorite breakfasts, Crepes!!! These crepes are insanely easy to make, keto, and can be filled with your favorite keto fillings. I did 1 Tbsp of @kzcleaneatinginc nougat creme(aka Keto Nutella), 1 Strawberry sliced thin, a drizzle of @choczero Chocolate Syrup, and a sprinkle of Confectioners Swerve! My husband did a scoop of homemade keto chocolate ice cream and peanut butter and chocolate drizzle! The kids went plain with a little butter and fruit. What would your favorite combo be?

 

Keto Crepes

Makes 8

1 Crepe: 55 Calories, 3g Fats, 1g Carbs, 5g Protein  

1/3 Cup Coconut Flour

4 Eggs

2 Tbsp of Swerve Confectioner

1/4 Cup of Butter(melted)

6oz Unsweetened Almond Milk  

 

Combine all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and whisk until smooth.

Then pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a greased frying pan and tilt the pan to spread the batter out thin in a circle.

Cover the pan and cook on medium for 1-2 minutes then flip and cover.

I like to put my chocolate or peanut butter on now while it’s in the pan to melt it a little.

Remove and get keto creative with toppings 😉
