Buffalo Chicken Dip


This buffalo chicken dip is super versatile! I use it on salads, pizza, and tonight Mac and cheese!!


Buffalo Chick Dip Recipe( Shhh its a secret)

Makes 20 1/2 cup servings: 16.45g fat 2.25g carb 16.5g protein

2.5 lbs boiled and shredded chicken

1.5 Cups of Franks Red Hot Sauce

1 Cup of Cream Cheese (Full Fat)

6 Cups of shredded Cheese (I mix pepper jack and cheddar)

1 Packet of Ranch Dressing Mix( my recipe below)

1 Cup of chunky blue cheese

3 garlic cloves minced

2 tsp of salt

Pepper to taste

Throw it all in the crockpot and let it cook on low for 4 hours. Make sure to stir every 45 mins to an hour.


K4K Ranch Mix

3 tablespoons Powdered heavy cream

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 tablespoon Dried Minced Onion

1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1 1/2 tablespoons Dried Parsley

1 teaspoon Dried Dill

1 teaspoon Salt
