Breakfast is served! Keto homemade yogurt with muesli by @kzcleaneatinginc , chocolate syrup by @choczero , and some sliced almonds from @traderjoes! Breakfast of keto champions! And a delicious Matcha Latte too. This is a recipe that requires you to wait awhile. I recommend starting it in the morning before work then you can refrigerate overnight and be enjoying it for breakfast the next day.

 

Keto4karboholics Yogurt: makes 35 1/2 Cup Servings at 383 Calories, <1g carbs, 38g fat, 0.5g protein.

 

4 32oz Containers of Heavy Cream

1 Can of Coconut Cream

3 probiotic Capsules

 

Add the creams to an instant pot and set to boil brining the temperature to 120F. Then immediately remove the instantpot insert and place it in an ice bath to drop the temperature. Using a thermometer watch and whisk the yogurt until the temperature reaches 100F. Then take your probiotic capsules and empty the powder into the mix(you can also use 4Tbsp of yogurt starter instead). Set the instantpot to yogurt at 16grs IMPORTANT make sure it reads normal still. Then leave it to incubate. After place it in the fridge for at least 8 hours and Do NOT stir. After 8 hours you will have yogurt. But you can use cheese cloth to strain it more if you prefer Greekstyle yogurt(I did it both ways). Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!!!
