Egg Roll in A Bowl

I have had a busy day today! So it’s egg roll in a bowl for the win! It’s easy, it’s flavorful, and most importantly delicious! With some nice ice cold water because 1. I love water and 2. It’s important to stay properly hydrated when you are doing Keto!

Egg Roll in a Bowl
Makes 5 Servings
128 Calories, 8.3 Fats, 4.8 Carbs, 2.9g

2 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground pork
2 tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
10 oz bag shredded green cabbage
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame seeds( optional to garnish)
1 tsp Onion powder
Add the meat to a large frying pan with the oil and spices and brown. Then add the cabbage and cover and let cook on medium heat for 5 mins stirring occasionally.
