Keto4Karboholics Cholate Fudge(with optional nuts)
Makes 30 Pieces
1 Piece: 118 Calories, 10g Fat, <1g of carbs, 1g Protein
2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp Butter
½ Cup of Swerve
½ tsp Vanilla Extract/Imitation Vanilla
1 ½ Cup of Sugar Free Chocolate Chips or Chopped Dark Chocolate
Optional ½ Cup of Walnuts
1. Prepare an 8x8 dish by lining it with parchment paper.
2. Next, place the heavy whipping cream, butter, Swerve, and vanilla in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until reduced by nearly half, stirring several times. (Keep a close eye on it but it generally takes 15 minutes)
4. Next add the chocolate chips/Chocolate and stir until fully melted and mixed in. Here you can add the nuts or save them to sprinkle on top.
Pour into the prepared dish and place it in the freezer overnight
