Keto4Karboholics' AMAZING Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 15 Good Sized Cookies
1 Serving:189 calories, 15g Fat, 4g carbs,6g of protein
1 ¼ cup almond flour(you can find it here http://amzn.to/2xYSXxg)
1 ½ tbsp ground flaxseed(you can find it here http://amzn.to/2xX2qoT)
1 ½ tsp baking powder
4 Tbps of shredded unsweetened coconut(http://amzn.to/2xXdemN)
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup Swerve( you can buy it here http://amzn.to/2xZ9pxO)
5 ½ tbsp butter, cold or room temp
½ tbsp sugar free pancake syrup
1 Tbsp imitation vanilla
1 lg egg
½ cup All Natural Peanut Butter
½ cup sugar free Hershey's chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 F, and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicon baking mats, or can grease them.
In a large mixing bowl with electric hand beater or a stand mixer, cream butter and granulated sweetener until well combined.
Add egg, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla to mixing bowl and mix in until combined.
In a separate large mixing bowl combine: almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, unsweetened shaved coconut and salt. Stir until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix in until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Place tbsp size spoonfuls across cookie sheet 1 ½ inches apart.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes(keep a close eye on them after 13 minutes), or until cookies are browned on the bottoms. The cookies will still be a little soft in the middle, that’s ok.
Let cool for at least 5 mins.
