Keto Sloppy Joes on a Never Fail Dinner Roll

Keto and comfort food can go hand in hand: Sloppy Joes! Very quick to make. 30 mins including the time to make the roll.


Sloppy Joes

Makes 6 servings

1 Serving: 321 calories, 25g fat, 2g carbs, 20g protein


1 8 oz of tomato sauce (find a low carb one like Rao’s)

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp ground mustard

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp Swerve

½ tsp salt

¼  tsp black pepper

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

⅛ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp chili powder

1.5lbs ground meat


1.     Add all ingredients into a blender and blend to combine.

2.     Cook 1.5 lb. ground meat (turkey or beef)

3.     Add the Sauce. Stir to combine and heat thoroughly.

4.     Eat on a low carb bun, lettuce wrap, or by itself
