Keto Oatmeal

Two weeks ago I was looking for a new breakfast and came across a chia seed oatmeal recipe. I altered it a bit and have to say it's a nice quick breakfast. I don't know if it's a coincidence but I was stalling with weight lose and after I started eating this 2-3 times a week I started to notice the weight loss pick up again. Either way it's worth a try!

"Oatmeal" keto style(makes 4 servings)

1/2 Cup and 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup and 2 tablespoons Flax Meal
1/2 Cup and 2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Sweeten to your liking 

Mix all the ingredients in an air tight container. Then scoop on 1/2 cup( saving the rest for another serving) and mix it with 1/2 boiling water. Let sit for 3 minutes. Then add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk alternative.' Tastes great with some sliced berries or a 1/4 cup of frozen mixed berries.
