Cookie Dough Fat Bombs Keto and Low Carb


My dessert is finally finished! I made cookie dough fat bombs! So good! Great for getting some extra fats in to hit those macros!!

Keto4Karboholics Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

1 package full fat cream cheese (softened)
1 stick of salted butter (softened)
1/2 cup sweetener 
1/2 cup Hershey's sugar free chocolate chips(or Lily’s if your budget allows)
2 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of peanut butter (look at ingredients you want just nuts and salt)

Blend all ingredients in a mixer or with a hand held mixture until creamy. Then cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Then scoop out mixture into little balls using a spoon or cookie scoop. Then place on a cookie sheet in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove and place in a ziplock bag. Store them in the freezer.
